Fly Jinnah is a Pakistani low-cost airline established as a joint venture between the Lakson Group and Air Arabia Group. Headquartered in Pakistan, the airline operates on a business model emphasizing affordability, reliability, and passenger comfort, aiming to provide value-for-money air travel services to its customers.

The airline primarily serves the Pakistani market, catering to a wide range of travelers. Fly Jinnah distinguishes itself by offering the largest economy-class legroom in the industry, achieved through the use of world-class seating designed to enhance passenger comfort during flights.

Class of Travel

The Basic fare is the most economical option, including a 10 kg handbag, with additional services like extra baggage allowance, seats, and meals available for purchase separately.

The Value fare adds 23 kg checked baggage, a sandwich, water, seat selection from row 8 onwards (subject to change without prior notice), and one modification for up to 24 hours.

The Value Flex fare, the most popular option, includes a 10 kg handbag, 23 kg checked baggage, a hot meal, seat selection from row 8 onwards (subject to change without prior notice), one modification, and cancellation up to 6 hours.

The Ultimate fare offers a 10 kg handbag, 46 kg checked baggage, a premium meal, seat selection of choice including the front-row seat (subject to change without prior notice), two modifications, cancellation, 50% cash refund for 24 hours, and priority check-in.

Additional services can be purchased for all fare types.

Baggage Allowance

Fly Jinnah provides a free hand baggage allowance of 10 kg per passenger, with dimensions not exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, including handles, pockets and wheels. Infants under two years old are allowed one standard-sized bag for essential items. This policy ensures convenience while maintaining compliance with size and weight restrictions.

For checked baggage, passengers can pre-book weights of 23 kg, 30 kg, or 46 kg, limited to one or two pieces, depending on the option.

Pre-booking saves up to 90% compared to airport rates. Only 23 kg of baggage can be purchased at the airport, with excess weight charged at higher rates. Each piece must not exceed 32 kg or 160 cm in total dimensions.

AirRewards

Fly Jinnah AirRewards’ is a transparent and user-friendly loyalty program designed to enhance the travel experience. Members can earn up to 10% cashback as AirRewards points on flight bookings, additional services, and partner network purchases. Points can be redeemed without restrictions or blackout dates, offering flexibility for booking flights year-round.

Points are earned through flights, baggage, seats, meals, and more, with cashback rates ranging from 5% to 10%. Family accounts allow pooling and sharing of points. Redemption is straightforward, with options to combine points with cash and a fixed rate of 100 points, equaling 1 USD.

In-flight Services

Fly Jinnah offers SkyTime, a complimentary in-flight streaming service, allowing passengers to access a diverse range of entertainment directly on their devices. The library includes the latest movies from Hollywood, Bollywood, Arabic, and Russian cinema, along with music, documentaries, audiobooks, and interactive games. Travelers can also explore local insights and tips for their destinations.

Passengers can personalize their journey by pre-selecting meals from the Sky Café menu during online booking. The menu features a variety of affordable and delicious food and beverage options, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience onboard. This service enhances convenience and caters to diverse preferences.

Check-in

Fly Jinnah’s check-in counters for international flights open three hours before departure and close one hour prior.

For domestic flights, counters open two hours before departure and close 45 minutes prior. Identification documents are mandatory for all passengers, including infants, on domestic routes.

Passengers must present original travel documents and any required immigration paperwork for both origin and destination countries during check-in.

Staff will issue luggage tags and boarding cards displaying passenger names, flight details, gate and seat numbers, and boarding times.

Onboard Support

Fly Jinnah offers complimentary wheelchair assistance for passengers, which can be requested via live chat, email, or the call center. While the airline does not charge for this service, ground handling staff at the airport may apply a nominal fee. Passengers are advised to coordinate with airport staff during check-in for a seamless experience.

Travelers with wheelchairs should inform airport staff upon arrival to ensure necessary arrangements are made. Sufficient time should be allocated for security checks and boarding.

Wheelchairs exceeding 60 kg require prior airline approval, contingent on arrival and departure facility capabilities.

Refund & Cancellation

Fly Jinnah does not offer refunds to all fares but retains the paid amount as Fly Jinnah Credit after deducting cancellation and other charges. This credit is valid for one year from the payment date and can be used for future flights. Cash refunds are only available for Ultimate fares, subject to a 50% fee of the fare and surcharge.

Cancellation fees vary by fare type:
Basic costs 200 AED for international and 2500 PKR for domestic - up to 24 hours.
Value costs 100 AED for international and 2500 PKR - up to 24 hours.
Ultimate allows two modifications or free cancellation up to 6 hours before departure. CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) applies to Ultimate fares, with a maximum refund of USD 100 per passenger per sector, processed within 24 hours before departure.

Reservations can be canceled online, via the call center, or at sales offices.

No-show tickets are forfeited, with only government taxes refundable.

Refunds are transferred to the passenger’s local bank account.
